This quote is talking about how that if you don't care about how your happiness should not be based on something that you might lose but that you happiness should be based on something that is inside of you and you will never lose it. it also is implying don't put your happiness in materialistic things.

This quote is saying that happiness is different for everyone. It is not the same for each person in the same room because what could make you happy could make someone upset or not be in a good mood. It also helps if you have a positive look on things even when things are going the right way for you.
